Socionics Research as a Tool for Organizational Personnel Management

Abstract

The study examined the socionic personality types of employees at Sputnik TV LLC, enabling the development of recommendations for increasing employee motivation through optimizing interpersonal and group interactions within the team. To further analyze the application of the socionic approach to HR management, a descriptive model was created demonstrating eight scenarios for the development of interactions among members of a hypothetical work group at key stages of its formation and development into an effective team. The results of the socionic modeling can be used to accelerate the process of team transformation.
