Abstract

The article examines the organizational and legal foundations of customs regulation of foreign economic activity. The advantages of international cooperation in the field of foreign trade are identified. The need to introduce modern technologies into the activities of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation and to constantly improve the regulatory framework in the field of customs regulation is substantiated.
