Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of models of post-conflict resource mobilization using the example of the restoration of the USSR after the Great Patriotic War and the modern Donetsk People's Republic. The evolution of approaches is explored – from centralized planning to program-targeted management in market conditions. Particular attention is paid to the integration of the DPR into the spatial development strategy of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that it is necessary to synthesize the historical experience of resource concentration with modern tools for the successful restoration of the region under sanctions pressure.
