Conflict Prevention and Resolution for Enterprises Engaged in Foreign Economic Activity

Abstract

The article discusses the current problems of corporate conflicts in the activities of enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity (FEA). The necessity of introducing comprehensive mechanisms for the prevention and resolution of conflict situations caused by the international specifics of business is substantiated. A multilevel conflict management model has been developed aimed at ensuring the sustainability, strategic stability and competitiveness of enterprises in the global market.
