Coordination Mechanism as a Key Element of Enterprise Activity in Foreign Economic Activity in the Context of Delegation of Authority

Abstract

The article examines the key mechanisms of coordination of activities in organizations, which made it possible to reveal their evolution, the relationship with management processes and the impact on the effectiveness of organizational structures. Five main coordination mechanisms used at enterprises of foreign trade entities are analyzed. It was established that the choice of mechanism depends on the complexity of the tasks, the level of uncertainty and the organizational context. Particular attention is paid to the dialectic of formal and informal methods of coordination, as well as their combined use in modern organizations. On the basis of the conducted research, recommendations for the design of flexible management systems combining the advantages of standardization and adaptability are proposed.
