Abstract

The article examines the process of developing a sustainable development strategy for an enterprise actively involved in foreign economic activity (FEA). The interrelation of the sustainable Development Goals (environmental, social and managerial — ESG) with competitive advantages in international markets is considered. The key stages of strategy formation are analyzed: from diagnosing the current state and identifying stakeholders to integrating sustainability principles into logistics, marketing and production processes. Special attention is paid to the risks and opportunities arising in the context of foreign economic activity, including compliance with international standards, supply chains of increased responsibility and growing consumer demand for "green" products. A strategy model adapted to the modern challenges of the global economy is proposed.
