Smart City: Problems and Prospects of Implementation in the Donetsk People's Republic

Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of adapting the «smart city» concept in the Donetsk People Republic, where limited resources and instability complicate the implementation of digital technologies. Through methods of system analysis and comparative research, three key areas have been identified: digitalization of utilities, transport systems, and logistics. The ways of integration with Russian digital platforms have been determined.
