Strategic planning in educational institutions: key elements and methods

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of key elements and methods of strategic planning in an educational institution. It considers the main aspects of the development and implementation of strategic plans. It also studies the definition of goals and objectives, analysis of the external and internal environment, selection of development strategies, resource allocation and control over the implementation of the plan. Special attention is paid to the role of strategic planning in improving the quality of education.
