Abstract

The specifics of import purchases have been identified. The factors influencing the processes of organizing the procurement activities of enterprises in the foreign economic sphere have been identified. Based on the analysis of procurement activities, its features have been identified, which must be taken into account when improving the management of procurement activities of small businesses.
