Organizational and legal mechanism for managing the human resources potential of an enterprise focused on foreign markets

Abstract

The article focuses on the importance of adapting the organizational and legal management of human resources to international standards and requirements, as well as the need to introduce innovative approaches to personnel management to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in foreign markets. The authors analyze the existing stages of human resource management, the legal basis for the formation of an organizational and legal mechanism. Legal aspects related to labor legislation, international agreements and standards are discussed.
