THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE CULTURE ON THE MOTIVATION SYSTEM OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE ENTERPRISE-THE SUBJECT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article examines the problematic issues of the influence of corporate culture on the motivation system of the company's personnel. The stimulating factors in the search for an employer have been studied, proving that financial incentives are not a motivating factor. The key aspects and values of corporate culture are considered as an effective factor influencing the staff motivation system. An adaptive mechanism of interrelation of staff motivation and corporate culture of the enterprise is proposed.
