Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the economic component of the motivation of labor resources and its impact on the productivity and sustainability of enterprises. The article discusses issues related to financial incentives, wages, professional growth and other economic aspects that affect employee motivation. The necessity of an integrated approach to the motivation of labor resources, including both economic and social incentives to ensure sustainable productivity growth and competitiveness of the enterprise, is also discussed.
