Abstract

s. The article analyzes personnel management at the «Dontekhrezina and KO» LLC enterprise. A qualitative analysis of personnel is presented, motivation methods used at the enterprise are generalized, conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the enterprise's motivational policy.
