Abstract

This article examines the prerequisites for the emergence of socially oriented entrepreneurship Social entrepreneurship seems to be a fairly new phenomenon not only for the Russian economy, but also for the global space as a whole. Interest in this topic is reinforced by the emergence of new educational programs that produce social entrepreneurs in the world's largest universities, its essence and main directions of development. The topic of its functioning within the framework of the Russian state and further development prospects was also touched upon.
