Abstract

The problem of employee motivation at enterprises is quite acute in today's realities. In this article, we would like to highlight foreign experience in the field of personnel management and its motivation, and the possibility of transferring these practices to organizations of the Russian Federation in order to increase productivity and labor productivity.
