PROBLEMS OF OVERCOMING CROSS-CULTURAL BARRIERS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

In this article, the main cross-cultural barriers, the causes of violations of intercultural communications, examples of mistakes of organisations in the implementation of corporate social responsibility with representatives of other cultures were considered, and various methods and measures were proposed to prepare specialists for the competent implementation of foreign economic activity within the framework of corporate social responsibility using crosscultural ethics in the process of company activity.
