Abstract

The article reveals the essence of foreign economic activity. The organizationallegal aspect of the formation of a system for managing the foreign economic activity of an enterprise has been studied. The structure of the management system for the foreign economic activity of the enterprise is presented. The elements of the control and controlled subsystems are considered. The role of the development of foreign economic activity for the enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic is determined.
