Abstract

The essence of personal motivation is investigated, different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «motivation» are considered. The types of negative and positive motivation of personnel are considered. The features of the motivational policy in international organizations are revealed, the most effective methods of staff motivation are presented. Recommendations for improving the motivational policy in organizations are formulated.
