IMPROVEMENT OF THE COORDINATION SYSTEMS OF THE MAIN LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The research is aimed at studying the problems of coordinating the logistics processes of an enterprise. The article considers the theoretical aspects of the formation of logistics processes. In the course of the research, the interaction of the logistics system with other elements is indicated, and the main cross-functional conflicts that arise due to the lack of a coordination system are identified. The issues of quality management of logistics processes have been studied, and the introduction of an integrated quality system at enterprises has been proposed, which will allow optimizing and coordinating work in conditions of uncertainty.
