Abstract

The features of reforming the customs activity of the state are considered. The foreign experience of organizing customs activities is presented. On the basis of customs reforms in Peru, Turkey and the Philippines, the advantages of an autonomous structure of customs authorities have been identified that can be effectively used in relation to the authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic.
