BUILDING AN EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AS THE BASIS FOR MANAGING LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Based on the analysis of building a high organizational structure, it was possible to determine that a possible possible enterprise is impossible without a well-built organizational structure, which, in turn, approaches the features of the economy, which have the nature of personnel, diversified products and important aspects. There is a need to use a logistics approach to enterprise management, which is in close interaction with a large unit, the development of a mechanism for evaluating the management of logistics activities, which improves the quality of management at the enterprise.
