Abstract

In the article it is considered the main stages of a process of taking managerial decision as well as consistent coherence of the stages of the process of creative thinking. There are systematized the effective methods of taking managerial decisions, identified their advantages and disadvantages. It is presented an algorithm of mind-management, the peculiarities of creating a mind-map, the characteristic of programs for its building. It is offered an upgraded structure of the mind-map for taking effective managerial decisions.
