Abstract

This article examines the direct impact of the level of qualification of specialists in the system of public administration on the success of the implementation of state activities. In the course of the work, the consequences of the impact of the shortage of qualified workers on the social and political life of citizens were analyzed. The reasons for the absence of experienced specialists and ways to solve them are described. The methods of assessing the level of education of specialists and their importance for the successful activities of individual management bodies were also mentioned.
