FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF PERSONNEL TRAINING FOR CUSTOMS AFFAIRS

Abstract

The features of training personnel for customs authorities are highlighted. An overview of foreign experience in training specialists for the field of customs is made. The experience of the United States of America, South Korea and Germany in addressing the issues of advanced training and competence of customs specialists is presented. The general problems of training customs personnel are identified, as well as the difficulties of managing the personnel of customs authorities.
