THE INCREASING ROLE OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Based on the study of the organizational structure of the enterprise management, the factors that affect the work of this structure and contribute to its improvement and development are identified. All factors are necessary for a successful organization, but it is necessary to identify the factor that is most effective. The most effective factor is managerial. The corresponding development and increase of managerial functions is directly proportional to the development and increase of the organizational structure as a whole.
