Abstract

The article studied the concept of "stakeholder" in the narrow and broad sense, as well as the stakeholders were considered by category. Compiled and analyzed the rating of sustainable enterprises in Russia. Based on the studied theory, the obligations and principles of stakeholders for the sustainable development of the enterprise are determined.
