INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article offers an overview of different approaches to defining the essence and structure of intellectual capital. It is noted that almost all domestic and foreign authors agree on the composition (structure) of intellectual capital, which includes the knowledge, skills and abilities of a person (employee) who owns it, or a set of people working in a particular organization. The base of intellectual capital is the result of the work of a person or a group of people: education received, an invented trade mark, developed software, etc. The intellectual capital of an employee, worker, teacher is filled with different content due to its specifics.
