Abstract

The article examines and investigates the system of employee motivation at the enterprise, reveals the essence of staff motivation, describes the types of motivation and ways to increase it. The study of the personnel motivation system contributes to the development of the enterprise and the achievement of its competitiveness, since it is motivation that motivates an individual employee and the team as a whole to achieve personal and collective goals.
