Abstract

The article reveals the essence of corporate culture as a factor ensuring the unity of the organization; the concepts and approaches to corporate culture are considered; the problems of forming an effective corporate culture in the process of becoming a modern type of social structure are substantiated; the role of corporate culture as a whole for the enterprise is determined.
