Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of customs regulation on the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of globalization and integration of international markets. The main aspects of customs policy are considered, including tariff and non-tariff barriers, cargo clearance procedures and their impact on the efficiency and cost of logistics chains. Special attention is paid to the role of effective customs regulation in increasing the competitiveness of companies, as well as strategies for optimizing interaction with customs authorities.
