FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTING TOOLS FOR SAVING ENERGY IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE DPR AT THE STAGE OF INTEGRATION INTO THE ECONOMIC SPACE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Objective. Identification and analysis of the features of implementing lean production tools at industrial enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic in the new economic and legal conditions that have emerged after the region's accession to the Russian Federation. Materials and Methods. The theoretical framework is based on an analysis of current Russian and international legislation governing economic integration, as well as an extensive review of scientific literature on lean production, production system management, and economic integration. The empirical part of the study is based on qualitative and quantitative methods, including a comprehensive analysis of expert interviews with managers and leading specialists at industrial enterprises in the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as a study of corporate reporting and the results of implementing Lean tools. The study also includes an analysis of official documents related to federal industrial support programs and the "Productivity of Labor" project in the new regions. Results. The main features of the implementation of lean production tools at industrial enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic in the context of integration into the Russian economic space are considered. Both the theoretical foundations of lean production and the experience of its application in the Russian Federation, as well as the current legal and socio-economic realities of the region as of the beginning of 2026, are analyzed. The article highlights the significant transformation of the DPR's industry and the role of lean production in the region's recovery efforts. Conclusion. The research results confirm the hypothesis that the introduction of Learn technologies is becoming a key factor in the region's recovery and integration, and the effectiveness of lean production in the DPR directly depends on overcoming systemic limitations and taking into account socio-psychological factors.
