IMPLEMENTATION OF A HYBRID DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR GIO LLC BASED ON DIFFERENTIATION AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this article is to develop and substantiate a hybrid development strategy for GIO LLC based on product differentiation and operational excellence, aimed at increasing the company’s competitiveness and ensuring sustainable long-term growth in a closed-loop economy. Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on systems analysis, comparative analysis, financial analysis, industry market analysis, and statistical methods. The study is based on an analysis of the current financial position, resource efficiency, and growth dynamics of GIO LLC, as well as an analysis of the competitive environment. Documentary methods (analysis of financial statements and statistical data), expert assessments (for compiling tables and forecasts), and principles of strategic management and the circular economy were used. Results. The study results show that, despite positive revenue growth, GIO LLC is facing increased competition and a loss of its leading position in the secondary raw materials market, as evidenced by its declining share in the rankings. The company’s primary challenges are internal and related to either a slowdown in technological upgrading (which reduces differentiation potential) or shortcomings in supply reliability and cost control (which undermines operational excellence). To overcome these challenges and secure its leadership position in the high-quality recycled raw materials niche, a hybrid development model combining differentiation and operational excellence is proposed. Conclusion. The conclusion contains specific recommendations that will help strengthen the competitive positions of the LLC “DJIO” enterprise, become a market leader, and provide a foundation for sustainable long-term growth.
