Abstract

Objective. The primary focus of this inquiry is to pinpoint and examine the robust correlation linking the adoption of logistic information technologies with enhanced efficiency in enterprise management workflows. Specifically, the study seeks to determine whether a stable relationship exists between technological implementation and operational performance improvements. Materials and Methods. To achieve these aims, the research relies on a combination of systemic and process-oriented methodologies. Methodologically, the work involves a comparative review of current capabilities within modern LITs—specifically ERP, WMS, TMS, and EDI systems—and assesses their impact across core management functions such as planning, organization, control, and coordination. The informational foundation draws upon scholarly contributions from both domestic and international researchers specializing in logistics management and information system governance. Results. A study of the influence of logistics information technologies on the management processes of the enterprise has been conducted. The real cases of some companies that have gained positive experience in implementing LIT are considered. Empirical analysis indicates that deploying LITs triggers a transformation in the enterprise’s management architecture. Key outcomes include reduced decision-making cycle times, increased visibility into material and information flows, and diminished transactional expenses. Additionally, a direct correlation was established between the depth of LIT integration and the system’s adaptability to external environmental shifts. Conclusion. Collectively, these findings underscore that LITs function beyond mere automation; they act as catalysts for qualitative restructuring of the management framework. The practical value lies in leveraging these insights to shape strategies for the digital transformation of logistics business processes.
