ANTI-CORRUPTION: EFFECTIVENESS OF LEGAL MECHANISMS AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of legal mechanisms for combating corruption, as well as analyzes international experience in this field. Special attention was paid to the comparative analysis of the legal systems of different countries, the identification of successful practices and the development of recommendations for improving anti-corruption policy. Both preventive measures and punitive mechanisms, including legislative acts, institutions and procedures, are considered. Examples of countries that have achieved significant success in reducing corruption are analyzed, and factors affecting the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures are discussed.
