IMPROVING STAFF ADAPTATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of adaptation of new employees in the organization. The role of adaptation in the personnel management system is noted. The main stages of employee adaptation in the workplace are indicated. It is proposed to strengthen the individual approach to a new employee during the probationary period. Measures have been developed to improve personnel adaptation
