ORGANISATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AT THE ENTERPRISE AND WAYS OF ITS OPTIMISATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLYING COMPANY)

Abstract

The research is aimed at studying the problem of successful functioning and development of the enterprise. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish an effective system of search and selection of foreign suppliers, as well as to reorganize the logistics department in order to optimize costs, improve the quality of services and increase the competitiveness of the company in the market. Thus, the article focuses on the need to change the structure and functions of the department to meet modern requirements and strategic goals of the enterprise in the conditions of market globalization and increased competition.
