Abstract

This article discusses the process of developing an enterprise development strategy. This process includes setting goals and objectives of the enterprise, analyzing the external and internal environment of the enterprise, forming strategic alternatives, as well as choosing the optimal development strategy. The article also discusses the key components of a successful development strategy and the methodology of strategy formation.
