Abstract

The article examines the essence and properties of a management decision in the context of municipal management. The main stages of the decision-making process in local governments are highlighted and described, and their specifics are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the direction of the management decision in the municipal management system. The article also describes the importance of an effective management decision for the development and improvement of the quality of life of citizens at the municipal level. The authors draw conclusions about the need to develop the competencies of management personnel and the importance of using a systematic approach in decision-making in the field of municipal management. The main idea of the article is that an effective management decision plays a key role in the development of municipal government and improving the well-being of the population.
