Abstract

Objective. o identify and systematize modern approaches to designing user interfaces for logistics routing systems, and to develop a conceptual model of an adaptive interface aimed at improving information perception efficiency and reducing user interaction time with the system. Materials and Methods. The study is based on an analysis of theoretical and applied works in the field of UI/UX design for complex information systems that support decision-making in transport logistics. The methodology includes a comparative analysis of interfaces of leading logistics platforms, identification of typical architectural and visual solutions, as well as prototyping using principles of cognitively oriented design. Results. Key UI/UX design principles relevant to logistics routing systems are identified: information transparency, adaptability to usage scenarios, minimization of cognitive load, and clear visualization of routes and control points. Problem areas in existing platform interfaces are revealed, including screen form overload, insufficient navigation intuitiveness, and limited customization options for user roles (dispatcher, driver, and logistician). Based on the identified patterns, a concept of an adaptive routing interface prototype is proposed, characterized by a modular structure, dynamic data display settings, and support for scenario-based workflows. Conclusion. The proposed prototype concept demonstrates the potential of applying cognitively oriented design in logistics information systems. The implementation of adaptive interfaces that consider the specifics of tasks and user cognitive characteristics allows for increased speed and accuracy of decision-making, reduction of operational errors, and shorter personnel training time. Further research may focus on empirical validation of the developed solutions in real logistics scenarios and the creation of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of routing interfaces.
