Sociocultural identity of a teacher in the context of digital transformation: structure and factors of formation

The article examines the problem of forming teacher's socio-cultural identity in the context of the strategic course of the Russian education to achieve technological sovereignty and strengthen national identity. Based on the theoretical analysis, a multilevel dynamic model of teacher's socio-cultural identity is substantiated. The core of the model is a value-semantic component integrating traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. Having analyzed modern challenges (digitalization, globalization), the authors identified key contradictions and risks of professional identity formation. The main directions of improving the pedagogical education system have been determined, they shift the focus from translating ready-made behavioral models to creating conditions for the development of professional reflection, value self-determination and meaningful flexibility of future teachers. The empirical part of the study (n=149) allow revealing a three-factor identity structure: "Digital adaptability", "Traditionalism and disciplinary identity", "Global openness and multiculturalism".
