The author as an object of research reflection in a scientific pedagogical text

Abstract

This article is a substantive continuation of previously published in the journal works devoted to the reflection on the content and logic of scientific pedagogical texts. The research focus is on the reader's identification of the scientific image of the text's author, which is inevitably associated with substantive and logical reflection. A componential disclosure of the cliché "the figure of the author in a scientific text on pedagogy" is proposed and substantiated, including, in both positive and critical modalities, the following points: a) a tendency to use an individual set of stylistic expressive means and expressive saturation of information; b) the degree of orientation of the scientist, who created the text, towards the reader, which can be diagnosed by the methods of “inviting” the reader to dialogue (present in the text); c) the reader's ability to explicate the level of scientific self-assessment of the author of the text; d) display of the content of the author’s texts in the context of compliance with the thesis “sign of the times”.
