Development of critical thinking in primary school students at Literature lessons

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of the development of critical thinking in primary school children, which requires special psychological and pedagogical methods and techniques integrated into Literature lessons. The results of the primary diagnosis of the level of critical thinking in students of School No. 22 in Berkakit village of Neryungrinsky district of the RS(Yakutia) are presented, they indicate a low level of critical thinking in the majority of the respondents. The methods and techniques that were implicated into Literature lessons are described and the results of the final diagnosis, which indicate an increase in the level of critical thinking, are presented.References
