Prevention of stress before the All-Russian test work in primary school students

Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of stress in younger schoolchildren before the All-Russian verification work, which requires the teacher to take preventive measures aimed at reducing it. The results of the primary diagnosis are presented, indicating that a high level of anxiety associated with pre-examination stress prevails in children of this category. A calendar and thematic plan of the psychological and pedagogical program was compiled and tested among the respondents of this sample. In order to identify a tendency to decrease the level of anxiety and other indicators that negatively affect the psychological health of children, a final diagnosis was carried out using psychological testing methods and the Pearson -2 criterion in statistical data processing.
