Problems of formation of legal culture of students in the USA

The article deals with the problems of forming the legal culture of American students. The modern phenomenon of "diversification of education" is characterized in connection with the practice-ori ented content of school educational activities, the purpose of which is the labor recruitment of their graduates in the interests of future employers. Specific changes in organizational, personnel and methodological forms of ensuring the pedagogical process of introducing schoolchildren to legal culture are highlighted. The features of specific forms of extracurricular employment of students in legal activities, as well as educational activities conducted with young people living in ethnic and rural communities, are considered. The content of extracurricular educational activities of public and commercial schools, the work of partner organizations and public institutions on the formation of the legal culture of schoolchildren is compared.References
