Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of moral dimension of control and analytical activity and refusal from archaization of managerial relations in the axiosphere of school, when "the dehumanizing idea of providing unconditional discipline turns a person into a mechanism for achieving the goal" (M. Minakov). New axiological constructions ("value language") of managerial interaction should act as a means of minimizing destructive processes as sources of mutual tension between the subjects of authoritarian school reality.
