Abstract

Theory of philosophy gained importance and received recognition, when it was sanctioned by pedagogy, when it directly developed into pedagogy, becoming «applied philosophy». Classic examples are ancient Greek paideia and schools of philosophy and pedagogy of Plato, Aristotle, Stoics, picureans, Skeptics, Cynics. In this row is J.Fichte’s science education which «based on the most basic principles of philosophy teaches an understanding of how to form a whole person» [1, p. 29]. It acts as a foundation for pedagogy providing it with «the main means of Independent activity by which a person develops its internal force and is being formed» [2, p. 64].
