The article deals with the formation of sociocultural competence of law students in the process of teaching a foreign language. It is substantiated that when teaching professionally-oriented English language it is necessary to pay attention not only to the study of business vocabulary, but also to the national-culturally marked vocabulary, idioms, as they reflect the historical and cultural identity of the people, are an important component of its socio-cultural component.References
