The article is devoted to the problem of human capital formation in the conditions of digitalization of the educational process. The characteristics of a pedagogical experiment on the implementation of a student’s human capital model are given, the main components of which are the level of education, personal and professional qualities, readiness for self-realization and self-development. Authors draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the methods used.References
