Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the work with the personnel reserve of the state civil service. The personnel reserve is considered as a technology that allows developing and updating the personnel potential of the public service. The focus is on the search and justification of the algorithm for the formation and development of the personnel reserve in the state civil service.
