Abstract

The article substantiates the natural contradiction between the “quantity” of democracy in the Russian political system and its quality; the etatic “mode of production” of power is shown as a key parameter of the Russian political and administrative reality; Conclusions are drawn about the need for a critical rethinking of the historical heredity of the political and managerial self-organization of Russian society as a condition for minimizing alienation in the political and managerial process and forming an effective model of socio-political orderliness.
